You will see many women wearing maxi dresses while they are working at nice restaurants as a hostess, or maybe even on a cruise ship during a nice breezy summer evening. If you will be going to any outdoor event you will see at least more than one woman sporting this wonderful style because that is how popular it is right now.

Anyone would love the fact that they are able to stay nice and cool while at the same time looking their best, especially women, and this is why the maxi dress style has become a hit. It is in fact a very positive thing that most women prefer this style over wanting to wear any kind of dress that is skimpy and short. Women want to be respected while at the same time still looking classy and feeling confident wearing their clothing.

One note to take on the maxi dress style is that most of them are low cut, or halter style, and if you plan on wearing one to work, or church, anywhere, in order to stay very classy, you will want to wear a tank top underneath or a cardigan sweater to cover up skin that would make you look too sexy; remember staying classy is the key for you to gain more respect from others. The way you dress tells a lot about your personality. This is where some women may get this mixed up and think that by dressing sexy will get them more respectful attention, which it wont!

Another positive factor about the maxi dresses is that if you are someone that is real fair skinned and you dont tan so well, which means you probably get sun burned, then wearing a maxi dress would be to your advantage. Because they are long and cover your legs then they would be a great benefit in helping you to keep from getting sunburned. The only thing that you will really have to worry about is your arms since most maxi dresses come without longer sleeves. There are those though that have sheer long sleeves, which will help to keep you staying cool and reduce sunburn.

If you buy a sleeveless maxi dress then you could always wear a shawl or a thin sheer sweater to protect your arms; nothing too thick because then you would not be so comfortable.

The theory of positive pressure ventilation is based on the principal of even pressure distribution. Once a structure is pressurized, air and smoke can be forced out through any opening (similar to escaping from an inflated baloon).

* It allows replacement of contaminants with vital cooler, cleaner air – especially in sealed or windowless buildings. It’s also very effective in large and compartmentalized buildings, warehouses, schools, etc.
* Quick results allow firefighters faster entry due to lower heat levels and improved visibility.
The following criteria should be considered for effective use of Positive Ventilation:
– The cone of air must cover the intake opening. The fan must be placed the correct distance from the structure such as that the cone of air forms a seal around the opening.
– The size and location of the discharge is important. The discharge, if at all possible should be as high and far away from the intake as is practical. The discharge size should be between 3/4 to 1/2 times the intake. This may not always be possible as the fire may have already dictated discharge locations and sizes; but whenever there is a choice, the above criteria should be used.
– It is important to control the ait flow between the intake and discharge. Positive pressure ventilation can move air long distances if proper control is maintained by opening and closing doors, windows, etc. It is important that firefighters understand not to open the structure too much: ie breaking windows, etc.
The standard features of Buffalo Blower Co. Positive Pressure Ventilators include: fold down "T" handle; 8" pneumatic tires with full width axle; a "tilt and lock" device that allows the unit to be angled 20 degrees up or down with infinite positions in between; sturdy and light 1 inch wrap around frame. First of all, Wash and dried Weever Fish,  cut the back of fish several times, add the salt, cooking wine,pepper powder, marinated for 20 minutes.


And then,pour a little oil into pot, add the shred pepper, ginger
onion,garlic,shelled corn,green beans,stirring them until fragrance.


Pour them into weever fish,fell on the steamer into the boiling water, cover, After about 8 minutes, the Shred pepper fish is finished.

homemade pancake

tender steak (1 pound)

green pepper( better pepper  the sharp of  lantern  and cut thin strips)

onions(half purple, half white, cut thin strips)

pickled meat seasoning (you can buy from super market)


tacosauce or salsa (Mexico Tucker cake flavor sauce, domestic Carrefour have seen similar; if not can be omitted)

How to make

At first,  the entire four-hour marinated beef with marinade; grilled on charcoal grill (fresh beef is cooked to); cut long and thin spare;

And then, put the yogurt into pot ,add green paper ,salt ,black pepper etc. seasoning.

Lastly,pancake spread, put the above  cooked papper  and  beef; add  tacosauce or salsa and yogurt . rolled up the oancake.

Mexican Beef Roll is ok.

Chinese Dumplings

Recently,i make a forieign female friend. she is a very great and industrious mother.she cooks many food for all family everyday,because  her family a bit picky, so she needs to their taste-based. now i also can understand my mother although she have only one daughter.

I want to cook a Chinese dumplings for her, i hope she can love….

Then mail ingredient contain:


Stuffing(recode your like, you can use beef, pork , mutton ,etc. or potato,tomato,leek,lotus and so on,mix and shred )

Condiment(salt,onion(shred),soy sauce and so on)

How to make

At first,we shoud make dumpling skin.

i hope there are ready-made dumpling skins in foreign super market.because it need a little skill.

And then , make the stuffing.Shred all meat or village,like  the pic  . and add condiment,subject to your own taste.

Lastly,put the stuffing into dumpling skins.i give two methods.

the dumplings is finished, you can put them into boiling water  or steam them.

we eat  like dipping sauce or vinegar


Morning tea of Guangdong

Today,I’ll introduce the morning tea of Guangdong.The first time I heard the tea, I always thought it  just drinks tea in the morning.haha…,since i have,i know what is the morning tea and how delicious!


This is called pull intestine – the middle is the shrimp, taste very good.


Each have their own characteristics, huh! huh!

Candied haws on a stick

I decide the sugar-coated  haws because of a friend who  usually introduces the specialties of  Italian .and which one named caramel apples, it looks like Candied haw on a stick( just  gourd instead of apple).

About this,we need the fellow ingredient,

Hawthorns( over 20 )
Crystal sugar (20/200g)
bamboo(Cut very thin)

ok,we begin to do….

At first,we should wash the hawthorns,remove stems.or you can cut them  and put the paste of sweetened beans
into .

Second, push the bamboo stick into hawthorns ,let them into a string and dried water. then with sugar and water into the pot, cook them until sugar melts (you can always stir to promote melting).hold on a moment,while syrup (we just make the melted sugar named syrup)finished,roll the hawthorns stringed around in the syrup(you can use a spoon to cover the hawthorns in the syrup).

Lastly, when the syrup turned cold,the sugar-coated haws finished.

"the Italian noodles"
Of course, for the first spaghetti,i’m failure,so i decide to try it again.i saw Brain’s article carefully.and then,the main ingredient is follow:

manual noodles(of course thick ,firm ones)
onion(although i don’t like it but i stick to use it for once )
green and hot pepper(i like eating hot )
garlic(sure fresh and powered)
brown sugger(i can receive)
mushroom(i feel like )
meat(i bought some beef)
oregano or Italian seasoning(i can’t find it in supper market,so i just use tomato  sauce  instead )

ok,we begin to do:
First of all,fry up the meat,onion together with  garlic,i also put some hot pepper(only do that,it can enough hot ).when they look like nice and brown,add tomato sauce ,
And then,mushroom,green papper and a little sugger. cook this for twenty minutes.pour them into the plate.the first step is ok.
the second,wash my pot and boil a big pan of water.when the water is boiled,put the noodles and somt salt(because it make the noodles more firmer).
Thirdly,hold on a moment,the noodles are mellow and pour into another plate.
The last ,Put the  paste of the first step(i just call it paste) on the face of  cooked noodles.
the best tasty  Intalian noodles is finished.

Wahaha…….  you must want to taste  and say,”how delicious !!!!”

NOTE:i still decide to use the fork  even though i prefer  chopsticks to fork.Ah…..  give me another fun!
